Since it’s possible to track the device location using Bluetooth, users of Android 11 and below are required to accept “Location permission”. In Android 12 this permission is separated into two different permissions to alleviate further confusion.
Even if you accept “Location permission”, we never access it in our app. The permission is only required for the app to use Bluetooth. Communication between the smartphone and PowerPack is done through Bluetooth. Denying location permission will render Bluetooth useless and therefore discovering or connecting to a PowerPack will be impossible.
How long do we save your personal data?
We save personal data about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship, or it is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. Upon termination of the agreement, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period of time after the termination of the customer relationship, unless other Swedish or European law, court or authority says otherwise.
