Contact us at info@inuheat.com for questions related to refunds and returns.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from when you receive your package to make a return. All returns items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging. All returns should be sent to our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden. We do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels.

Return steps

  1. E-mail us at returns@inuheat.com and state the reason(s) why you need to return the product. Kindly include your order id in the subject. Example: Return request order id XYXYXY
  2. After confirmation from our staff that the return is valid, please download, print and fill out the return form from here
  3. Include the return form inside the package together with your product.
  4. Post your package back to us. We do not cover the cost of postage. Keep proof of postage.

  5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 12 days after we receive your returned goods.

General Terms

Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. INUHEAT Group AB is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.

Refunds on invoice (Klarna)

Remember to send the package so that it is possible to track and save the tracking number. Then log in to Klarna or their app on your phone and click on "Rapportera retur" (Report return) on the invoice you want to manage, followed by "I have returned my goods". Then the invoice is paused and you do not have to worry that it will expire while you wait for us to handle the return.

When we have received the package back, we will adjust the invoice and you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email. If you chose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home. You can easily follow the invoice by logging in to Klarna or the app on your phone after you have reported the return.

Shipping of incorrect items

If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a return slip. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, including sizes and colours for products bought online from www.inuheat.com. We will refund the order providing they meet the criteria above. Please place a new order for a different size or colour.
